Attorney General Dominic Ayine says the GRA has confirmed GH¢22 million in tax evasion in the DRIP deal involving J.A. Plant Pool Limited. He insists the evasion is proven, rejects claims of clerical error, and says the flagged US$2m overpayment will also be pursued.
