Gov’t, Fauree Link Sign MoU for ‘Akuafoɔ Anidasoɔ’ Digital Agri Platform
Gov’t, through Ministry of Food and Agriculture, has signed an MoU with Fauree Link GH Limited to launch “Akuafoɔ Anidasoɔ,” a national digital platform to boost farmer registration, subsidies, financing and market access, with pilot rollout set for March 15, 2026.
Is this fair for Cocoa farmers ? Should they get more?
Whiles I have not read the post, I am of the view that the Cocoa farmers should get more than this. Because, why pay them less than they earned earlier? your thoughts?
Ghana to Finance Cocoa Purchases Without External Loans
John Dramani Mahama has stated that Ghana will stop relying on foreign loans to buy cocoa. He said the nation has enough financial resources and strong institutions to fund its cocoa sector independently and manage the trade without external support.
